Dear Church Family,
I am grateful for a number of things about my parents and how they raised us. One of those things is that they did not let us get away with a lot. They would follow through on their warnings with punishment that was generally appropriate for the offense committed. That instilled a sense of justice that is healthy for any person to have.
God’s justice is perfect and His judgment is inevitable. This Sunday morning we will be examining Revelation 14:14-20. The message title is “God’s Final Judgment.” Other verses that are related to Sunday ‘s sermon are Deuteronomy 32:3-4, 2 Timothy 4:1-2, and 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10. The tough passages and themes of Scripture are crucial to our discernment and wisdom to live the Christian life. I pray that you are blessed by our time together.
Be in prayer for 20 or so ladies from the church who are going on a retreat on Friday and Saturday. May the Lord’s good hand be upon you as well. God bless you and keep your eyes on Jesus!
In His Matchless Grace,
Pastor Joe
